SATTEE SHOURIE
Managing Director 62, Mrs. Shourie started her first business venture 'Machinex Exports' an exports & consultancy proprietorship firm in 1977. In 1983 she ventured into film production and distribution leading the formation of FCL, of which she is presently the chairperson. Under her captainship the company has produced several films like 'Sheesha', 'Farishtey' & serials like 'Yug', 'Wilayatee Babu', 'Hera Pheri' and Kaise Kahoon. She was a pioneer in starting countdown music shows in the country with 'BPL Oye' & 'Videocon Housefull. She has also co-ordinated special programmes like 'Nari ek Shakti' for DD.

MONA SHOURIE KAPOOR
Director 42, has had a multi faceted career, she has successfully handled the manpower for 'Business Aids' & 'Machinex Exports', in which she is a partner. As a director of FCL, she has been the production co-ordinator for the films 'Sheesha' & 'Farishtey'. She has been associated with the production of all the music based programmes. She has been responsible for conceptualizing the special programme 'Nari ek shakti' on DD on the occasion of International Women's Day. Apart from this, she is also a director in M/s. Crownstar Communication Pvt. Ltd. She carries with her a wealth of contacts and an almost instant rapport with film & media personalities. An able administrator and personnel co-ordinator, she is the key to the success of the company. Future Studio, the latest venture of the company is her proudest project.

ARCHANA SHOURIE
Director - Operations 36, has worked as the production co-ordinator in the social film 'Sheesha'. She then worked as a production designer and a joint producer in the multi starrer 'Farishtey' starring renowned artists like Dharmendra, Vinod Khanna, Sridevi and Rajnikant with a budget of around 4.75 crores. She has single handedly handled a Muslim daily soap called Kaise Kahoon for Zee TV Right from the conceptualization and successful run of the show. Today in Future Studio, she heads a team of creative people and ensures that the look, ambience and grandeur of every set remains unparallel.

MAJOR GURDAS SHOURIE (RETD.)
Director - Administration 72, he is a retired major from the army and an able administrator who looks after the administration of the production, marketing and office staff since the inception of Future Communication Limited. He has also successfully managed an international travel agency and has traveled widely. He is the driving force behind Future Studio and with his visions he enables FCL to be a force to reckon with.

Right from its inception into film production, FCL has been getting rave reviews in almost all the publications in the country. Awards and commendations have constantly been bestowed upon the productions by the authorities and social organizations alike. After producing 2 mega films SHEESHA (cast: Mithun Chakrovarthy, Munmun Sen and Mallika Sarabhai) and FARISHTAY (cast: Dharmendra, Vinod Khanna, Sridevi and Rajnikant) FCL diversifies into television production. After the widespread popularity of its wild and wacky programmes like BPL-OYE and Videocon Housefull came FCL's magnum opus 'YUG'. Being telecast on DD1, this serial was widely acclaimed by both viewers as well as the media and sponsors. This mega serial with the backdrop of the independence struggle and boasting of an impressive star cast of the likes of Hema Malini, Dara Singh, Neena Gupta, Mukesh Khanna Shahbaz Khan, Pankaj Dheer has been receiving several re-telecast requests in various regional languages.

After the phenomenal success of 'Wilayatee Babu', FCL's latest comedy 'Hera Pheri' once again featuring superstar of small screen Shekhar Suman has rocketed itself amongst the top shots. Thereafter, a daily muslim soap Kaise Kahoon has had a very successful run on Zee TV. All in all, FCL's adherence to quality in all the aspects of software production has not only paid off in terms of overwhelming viewers' response but also in terms of appreciation by the intelligentsia.

From the line of film and TV production, FCL branched out into the service providing industry. Using our wide experience of creativity, production and understanding the difficulties of production units, FCL diversified into the construction, designing, creating shooting sets for the film and TV companies. Today, FUTURE STUDIO, a pioneer in the revolutionary ready to shoot shooting floors is a brand equity in itself. FCL is at the moment expanding its operations and is involved neck deep in the production of television software for Doordarshan satellite channels and international television channels. These software range from film based programming to period drama, sitcoms, action serials and emotional dramas. All in all, its nothing but the fastidiousness for quality product, a conducive working environment and freedom from red tapism which spells success for the company.

THE GROWTH STRATEGY The Company has invested significantly in the creation of new program ideas and concepts. It has put together and completed the pre-production work of several mega projects.
